My battleship blade was hand forged go mai consisting of an 80crv2 core, 15n20 shims and an outer jacket of the Battleship steel. The guard is hand forged from battleship steel, textured with a rotary tool. Brass pins and decorative top plate all hammer textured. Handle is a composite piece with the Battleship deck wood, triple dyed blue burl, white/blue/white g10 liners. Topped off with a carved compass filled with blue sea opal and pigments. Fine finish with the Dapper Blacksmith wax and a quick buff.

The ring is stainless steel ring blank, filled with steel slag processed from the working of the Battleship steel. The processed battleship pigment is then spun and milled to back fill the thin red line with fire opal and crimson pigments.
