“Big Blue” Bowie and Sheath

We’ve named this Bowie “Big Blue” after Captain Victor Blue, one of the longest standing captains of the Battleship Texas.
Here are the specifications of Big Blue from tip to pommel.
Blade:
Materials: 1095, 15N20, 80CRV2, 1075, 1910 Ship hull steel.
Layers 223.
Ship steel layers 30.
Guard:
Style: Ringed S-Guard
Material: Bofers 40mm anti-aircraft turret ball bearings/ 1095 powder, canister Damascus.
Handle:
Brass spacer made from admirals quarters handrail material.
Wood is long-leaf pine from the ship deck material that has been dyed and stabilized navy blue.
Pommel:
Made from the ship’s original 1910 rivet with overlapping hull material layers with original bitumen still in place.
