End Table – SOLD

This end table/night stand was built from a four foot long section of deck wood from the Battleship Texas. That piece was cut into strips, glued up, and voids filled with clear epoxy. The base is made from satinwood to match colors in the top, and was primarily done with hand tools. The drawer was done with pegs and traditional bevel on the bottom. The entire piece is sealed with high quality semi-gloss lacquer.

This item was sold at the Battleship Regatta Auction hosted by the Houston Yacht Club.
