This blade was drawn from an 8 lb canister with 2 layers of ship steel. 2 layers of 1095. 2 layers of 15n20 with a core of w2. The cannister was filled in with 1084 with 4% nickel powder. It was acid etched to give a nice contrast between layers.
The handle is fashioned from deck wood and brass pins
