The dagger, a fusion of craftsmanship and history, has been forged using a combination of materials. The core is 80CRV2, providing the blade with exceptional strength and durability. Nickel steel, 15N20, and 1084 high carbon have been skillfully integrated, enhancing the blade’s performance and aesthetic appeal. Notably a portion of the steel used in the creation of this dagger was sourced directly from the hull of the Battleship Texas, adding a unique and authentic touch.
The pommel, carefully forge-shaped, retains its original exposed surface, showcasing the natural wear and tear incurred through years of exposure to the elements. This deliberate choice serves as a tribute to the rich history of the Battleship Texas and encapsulates the spirit of the vessel
