This RKF “Redtail” is a San Mai blade with pieces of the ship’s blister steel as the outer jacket with an 80CRV2 core. Blade is hand engraved by me. The handle is deck wood from the ship that has been stabilized by Joe Burks . The sheath is hardened leather that gives the feel and snap of Kydex without the hard plastic. The sheath features brass eyelets spaced out for a fully adjustable Tek-Lok tactical belt clip that can be adjusted from vertical, to 45 degrees, to horizontal carry, and switched from right to left handed carry. Although this is an art piece, this is a fully functional EDC blade
