This item was sold in our Independence Day online auction.

I had help from Chili Pepper Forge, forging a San Mai billet of 80crv2 as the core, and ship’s steel on both sides. I did rope pattern file work on the spine. The double hand guard I forged out of ship’s steel, polished then blued.
The handle is Black Walnut with a little history of it’s own. The walnut was part of a dead tree removed the San Antonio area near the Alamo, and was in Santa Anna’s campground.
The sheath I hand sewed using saddle leather and is a cross draw sheath.
The display case was made by wood craftsman Phillip Webb in Allen, TX.
Engraving was done by B&C Trophies, Cedar Park, TX

Bidding Starts June 29th, 10 AM
